1. Toast the walnuts in a dry frying pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
2. Let them cool slightly, then crush or chop them roughly.
3. Spoon the Greek yoghurt into two bowls and swirl the top slightly with the back of a spoon.
4. Drizzle generously with honey.
5. Sprinkle with the toasted walnuts and a pinch of cinnamon.
6. Serve at once, for breakfast or as a light dessert.
Tip: Greeks eat it with thyme honey, which is especially fragrant. The yoghurt should be thick and creamy – full-fat Greek yoghurt is the real thing.
