1. Cut the chicken breast into even slices, salt and pepper it.
2. Mix the oil with the rosemary and the crushed garlic, then brush it onto the meat.
3. Rest it for 20 minutes, so the flavours soak in.
4. In a hot pan fry it for about 4 minutes per side, until the meat cooks through and turns golden brown.
5. At the end add the butter, and baste the meat with the melting butter.
6. Serve it fresh.
