1. Halve the limes and squeeze out the juice; set aside a few thin slices from one lime for garnish.
2. Pour the coconut cream, lime juice, sugar and cold water into a blender.
3. Add 2 large handfuls of ice cubes.
4. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth, frothy and icy.
5. Taste and adjust with more sugar or lime juice if needed.
6. Serve immediately in tall glasses, garnished with lime slices.
